What one Pro subscription covers
One Pro subscription is for a single manager or scheduler account with one workspace and unlimited saved schedules inside it. Staff access is planned as one revocable view-only link to the latest published schedule, not individual logins.
What requires Enterprise
Multiple schedulers, multiple workspaces or facilities, and employee accounts are Enterprise features. Employee accounts need organization-managed identity, onboarding, deactivation, roles, and privacy controls, so they are handled through a contract rather than self-serve.
